Recording of “The Last Goon Show of All” at Camden Theatre and attended by several royals including Prince Philip and Princess Anne. Charles was away in the Royal Navy. The recording was taped for television. Spike’s four children also attended and received a thunderous applause after the show. This show paved the way for the success of “The Goon Show scripts” (1972), “More Goon Show Scripts” (1973) and “The Book of the Goons” (1974).
