Spike's support of the Finchley Society
Back in the UK, Spike was a long standing supporter of
the Finchley Society, and they have since formed a committee
to raise money for a statue in Spike's honour.
Patrons include John Cleese, Jonathan Coleman, Sir Ranulph
Fiennes, Terry Gilliam, Barry Humphries, Kathy Lette, Joanna
Lumley, Sir Paul McCartney, Peter O'Toole, Michael Parkinson,
